GDPR – GoodMoovs Privacy Statement (23-08-2021 R5)

GoodMoovs, located at Automotive Campus 30, NL-5708 JZ in Helmond in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Personal data

GoodMoovs processes some personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that GoodMoovs processes:

1) Primary contact details (company names, personal names, address details, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses);

2) Secondary contact details (date of birth, gender, nationality and driver's license number) and

3) Usage data (account/login data and ride data). Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our services (including this website) do not intend to collect personal data other than strictly necessary for the performance of the services offered.

Processing purpose of personal data GoodMoovs processes your personal data for the following purposes:

 

• be able to create an account;

• performing our services and handling payment transactions;

• being able to inform you about our services and/or products and

• sending our newsletter, if you have indicated this.

GoodMoovs analyzes your usage data in order to improve/optimize the service to you. GoodMoovs also processes personal data because we are legally obliged to do so, such as data necessary for tax returns.

Automated decision making

GoodMoovs does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people (this concerns decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without an employee of GoodMoovs being involved).

Retention periods of personal data

GoodMoovs does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected or to comply with applicable legislation. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

 

Primary contact details: 7 years after service.

Secondary contact details: 7 years after service.

Usage data: 7 years after service.

If someone has registered for the electronic newsletter (e-mail address), this e-mail address will be saved until the moment that this person has unsubscribed from this service (e.g. via an option in the newsletter).

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

GoodMoovs only provides personal data to third parties (including external processors) if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Location data

​

The data on GoodMoovs' servers (data carriers) are appropriately secured and located within the EU.

 

Cookies or similar techniques

GoodMoovs only uses technical and functional cookies or similar techniques, which do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferred settings. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information that has previously been stored via the settings of your browser.

Security personal data

 

GoodMoovs takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact GoodMoovs via the above email address.

View data

You have the right to request your personal data that is available at GoodMoovs. This means that you can submit a request to GoodMoovs to send you the personal data that GoodMoovs has in a computer file. You can send a request to the above email address. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, you must enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. GoodMoovs will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
